Zest Property Services Ltd came into being in 2011, as a joint venture by two established businesses within the property and garden maintenance trades. With a combined belief in providing the very best customer service for a competitive price, their vision has grown to become one of the most trusted and successful property services providers within their area.
Zest4Homes Ltd was formed in 2004 by Sean Wedd, driven by his passion for all things green. Over the years Sean built up a steady business with a growing turnover. His customer base increased year on year as a result of his hard work and excellent customer service. His success was predominantly driven by providing top quality garden maintenance and landscaping.
On the other side of the business, Protea Property Maintenance Ltd was formed in January 2011 by 2 individuals, a builder/gas engineer and a landlord. They had been able to build a successful property maintenance business based on their company ethos of offering honesty, reliability, integrity and a sensible pricing strategy to all of their customers. These core values remain the same to this day.
The two business’s crossed paths in late 2011 and by March 2012 Protea raised the funds to buy Zest4Homes. The newly formed partnership went through a total re-brand and Zest Property Services Ltd was born!
Between April 2012 and April 2015 Zest Property Services has grown exponentially to cope with London’s increasing need for plumbing, heating, roofing, gas and general maintenance contractors. Zest has built relationships with some of London’s biggest estate agencies and property managers, and pride ourselves on the quality of our service. In an industry where the quality of the work, along with excellent customer service is key to repeat business, Zest Property Services Ltd has managed to maintain a strong hold on it’s market share.
